I am full professor at Jean Monnet University in Saint Etienne, France.
Between 1999 and 2010, I have led researches team about healthcare and logistics management. I work on designing computer based decision support systems as support tools in organizational and decision making improvement of hospital centers and homecare. I was team leader for several regional or national research projects during the 10 last years (HRP2, HRP3, OSAD, Lean Healthcare project, ETOILE project). I have created the first healthcare management subsidiary of the Saint Etienne University in 2010. Since, the CERCLH SAS employs 15 engineers and doctors in 3 branches in France with a turnover of around 2 million euros.
Between September 2010 and August 2012, I was on temporary assignment to the French embassy in Libreville (Gabon). My job is then to advise the minister of the higher education and research of Gabon. I worked particularly on the design of new universities, on writing new law text about the professor teaching or university status.
In 2014, I have recently joined DISP laboratory I work on designing computer based decision support systems as support tools in organizational and decision making improvement of hospital centers and homecare.
